On the day items must-haves

Your wedding day is one of the most special days of your life, and you want everything to go smoothly.

From the dress to the cake, you've thought of everything. Or have you? There are a few small but important items that are often overlooked in the excitement of planning the big day. That's why we've compiled a list of "on the wedding day" must-haves that will help you stay organized and prepared for anything.

Whether you're the bride, groom, or part of the wedding party, these items are essential for a stress-free and unforgettable wedding day. So let's take a look at what you should have on hand!

For your wedding :

Wedding Programs: If you're having a ceremony with multiple components, a wedding program can help guests follow along and stay informed.

Place Cards or Escort Cards: These help guests find their assigned seats at the reception and ensure that everyone has a place to sit.

Table Numbers: If you're having a seated dinner, table numbers can help guests find their assigned tables.

Menu Cards: These can be placed at each guest's seat to let them know what will be served during the meal.

Seating Chart: If you're not using individual place cards, a seating chart can help guests find their assigned tables.

Thank You Cards: It's a good idea to have some blank thank you cards on hand for any unexpected gifts or kind gestures on the day of the wedding.

Guestbook: If you're having a guestbook, make sure to bring it to the wedding and place it in a visible location for guests to sign. Don't forget the pen box !

Welcom sign : Your invitees need to feel welcomed to your wedding and need to know where it is at  ! If there is no sign of your wedding venue, they might get lost in the way, so welcome them before even seeing them phyically !

Indications sign : Instead of having someaon reapeting where are the toilets, the bar, the parking, the dancefloor, no access , staff only entrance, photobooth, etc. it would be best to have all the signs and indicators/ access on the doors and anywhere needed so your invitees know where they are going and where to find things and places. You want your invitees to feel welcomed, guided and independant on your wedding day.
